If distance is an issue, we can accommodate having you join virtually. -3x/week private group chat check-ins for ongoing support, reflection, and accountability. -Receive discounted 1-on-1 coaching with Jessica Spaman, LICSW, holistic coach, during the 90 days. -Small group (up to 8 women) for supportive accountability, connection & community with like-minded women.
